Mr. Gamboa received the West Fresno Elementary Award for Teacher of the Year for 2015-16.
Throughout the year, you can see Mr. Gamboa working on the yearbook committee, participating in technology teams, and collaborating with is fifth grade team. Mr. Gamboa is a reflective teacher and never stops thinking about how to get better at his job. He is a leader in classroom technology implementation and in engagement techniques. Students in his class feel welcome, heard, and valued as members of a learning community.
Mr. Gamboa is a gifted teacher and deserves the recognition he received with this award.
